NSW companies honoured for export success
Austrade media release
28 November 2012
Six NSW firms won awards at last night’s 50th Australian Export Awards, hosted in Canberra by Trade and Competitiveness Minister Craig Emerson.
Austrade State Director for NSW, John Odgers, said the winners embodied the spirit of enterprise and determination that has kept Australia’s economy strong amid global economic uncertainty.
“These Awards highlight the strength of NSW companies and their commitment to quality and innovation,” Mr Odgers said.
“I congratulate all this year’s winners, in particular those from NSW.”
The Australian Export Awards program is co-presented by the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the program, making it one of the country’s oldest and most prestigious business awards.
