EMDG Administrative Guidelines

The EMDG Administrative Guidelines below apply from the 2008-09 grant year.

The EMDG Administrative Guidelines explain Austrade’s interpretation of the EMDG Act 1997 and how it is applied by Austrade in administering the EMDG scheme.

Please note: The Guidelines are intended as a guide only in determining issues of eligibility under the EMDG scheme. Businesses are welcome to request in-principle opinions about the eligibility of proposed export promotional expenditure from their local EMDG State Managers.
