Informed Filler format - download package, fill in, print out

The EMDG All-In-One Application Form combines the EMDG application form, schedules and guide to assist you. The form uses the Informed Filler software - the same software as issued by the Australian Tax Office for E-Record. Use this if you prefer to enter data on screen, and want an interactive package that checks data on input and does calculations automatically.

To use the All-in-One application you need to have both the Informed Filler software and the EMDG Smart Form installed on your machine. Follow the instructions below to download what you need:

Step 1: Check that you have the Informed Filler software installed on your machine. If you do not have the software installed download the software now (recommended for fast internet connections only). You may also wish to download the software installation instructions to assist you.

Step 2: Download the Smart Form. Opening the Smart Form will launch the Informed Filler software.

Step 3:
If prompted with the ‘New Data Document’ screen, click 'Add other template', select the EMDG.itp file from the saved location and then click 'New' to ensure the 2007-08 Application Form is loaded.  Otherwise, click ‘Replace’ when you are prompted with the Replace/Use Existing template screen.

Step 4:
Follow the instructions given in the form and you will be ready to start your EMDG application.
