AEI Releases United States Guidebook

30 May 2012

Australian Education International (AEI) released the United States Education Guidebook on 7 May 2012. The guidebook is intended to serve as a resource for Australian educators interested in forming partnerships with US educators. The guidebook was released in collaboration with Madeleine Green, Senior Fellow, International Association of Universities, and serves as a resource and reference for Australian educators, researchers, policy developers and institutions seeking to build education links with the US.

The report provides an overview of the US education system, initiatives and resources together with case studies of education in specific states including California, Florida, New York and Texas. These states share similar economic indicators and demographics as Australia. The report is meant to encourage the exploration of potential institution partnerships and provide Australian educators with a consideration beyond a single familiar institution.

The guidebook is available from the AEI website.
