Australian education goes mobile with new Study in Australia website
18 Jun 2013
International students will be able to research and plan their Australian education via mobile phone on the new Study in Australia website. The new website features contemporary design, easier navigation and new content.
To showcase Australia and Australian education, the site makes use of infographics, student stories from a wide range of institutions and a new ‘Explore Australia’ section promoting Australian states and territories.
Users will also find more ways to engage with the site and an updated search function. It is also designed to more effectively refer students to the websites of relevant institutions.
In coming months, additional functions will be added, including a personalised study guide.
Austrade is promoting the new website through a two-week online campaign from 17–30 June. The campaign will run in 24 markets: Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America and Vietnam. These were selected to provide a mix of top source markets, growth markets, diverse geographic locations and coverage of all parts of the education sector.
