The eligibility checklist has been designed to help you understand whether you should consider applying for an Export Market Development Grant.
The eligibility checklist for the 2009-10 grant year will be available shortly. The checklist below is for the 2008-09 grant year (for which applications have already closed) and should therefore be used as a guide only. Please re-check your eligibility using the 2009-10 grant year checklist when it becomes available.

Please note: We suggest that you clarify any EMDG eligibility issues that you are unsure of before you consider applying for a grant. You can do this by emailing emdg.help@austrade.gov.au or by ringing 13 28 78 and asking for your nearest EMDG office.
As explained in the disclaimer below, this checklist does not cover all the requirements of the scheme, and that Austrade's assessment of any claim you may lodge will be independent of your results here.
