How can Austrade help my business get into exporting?

Austrade’s mission is to contribute to community wealth by helping more Australians succeed in export and international business by providing advice, market intelligence and support to Australian companies to reduce the time, cost and risk involved in selecting, entering and developing international markets. In addition Austrade provides advice and guidance on overseas investment and joint venture opportunities.

Austrade offers specific tailored market research, which may incur a cost of $190 an hour based on your approval. This expense is claimable under the Export Market Development Grant.

Austrade holds seminars that provide international marketing information for the Australian business community. Information such as business culture, etiquette, environment, growing industries, market entry strategies, market development strategies, general regulations, export processes, success stories, trends and business opportunities.
