Kerstin focuses on identifying and facilitating investment and R&D collaboration opportunities in Australia for Nordic companies, with particular focus on innovation driven sectors such as life science, the digital economy and smart cities.
Prior to joining Austrade, Kerstin worked in the private sector for global retailer and design company H&M; a Sydney-based law publishing firm – now part of Thomson Reuters – responsible for export and import sales and marketing; and for communications technology provider Ericsson in communication and marketing management roles as part of management teams.
Kerstin’s academic background includes marketing and sales management studies in Sydney and Executive MBA studies at Stockholm University.

Simon Gunn is a member of Austrade’s investment team in Western Europe with a focus on the Clean Energy and Resource Technology sectors in the Nordic markets.
Simon has worked for Austrade in Stockholm since 2006. Previously he has held marketing and project management roles in both the public and private sectors in Australia, the UK and Sweden and has over ten years’ experience providing business strategy advice.
Simon studied economics at Flinders and Adelaide Universities in Australia. An Australian and Swedish national, Simon speaks both English and Swedish.
