Preeti Rekhari
Senior Investment Manager, Dubai

Preeti Rekhari is Austrade’s Senior Investment Manager based in Dubai, responsible for promoting and facilitating productive investment into Australia from the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. She works closely with Gerard Seeber, Consul General and Senior Trade Commissioner-MENA, primarily in raising awareness of major infrastructure financing opportunities in Australia amongst GCC investors. The other focus area for her is the Australian Government’s tourism investment attraction program. Preeti was appointed to this role in May 2012 but prior to that was working for more than a decade at Austrade in trade facilitation for Australian businesses in various sectors like financial services, ICT and food.

Preeti holds a Masters in International Business degree from the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
