Boutique asset manager establishes in Australia28 September 2009The boutique asset manager, Infiniti Capital, has established an office in Sydney. The company said that it had signed a significant advisory with an un-named Australian institutional client, which increases Infiniti Capital’s assets under management to over US$1 billion. Infiniti Capital partners with banks and leading financial institutions to serve mainly institutional investors in Asia and Europe. The asset manager grew from Swiss origins and is now domiciled in the Cayman Islands, with offices in Christchurch and Hong Kong, as well as Sydney. Darren Katz, formerly senior investment manager at HFA Asset Management, has been appointed as head of Infiniti’s Australian business. More information |
