Orthopaedic medical device company launches subsidiary in Australia29 September 2009The Arlington Tennessee-based orthopaedic medical device company, Wright Medical Technology Inc, has launched a subsidiary in Australia. Wright Medical Australia Pty Ltd will manage extremity and biologics distribution for Wright customers in Australia and New Zealand. Wright specialises in the design, manufacture, and marketing of reconstructive joint devices and biologics. Products include large joint implants for the hip and knee; extremity implants for the hand, elbow, shoulder, foot and ankle; and both synthetic and tissue-based bone graft substitute materials.
