Specialised UK translation provider opens in Australia for Asia-Pacific 16 November 2010 The UK-based specialised translation company Applied Language Solutions has opened an office in Sydney to cover the Australasian market, as well as China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore in the Asia-Pacific region. Founded seven years ago, Applied Language Solutions now has over 6,000 in-country qualified translators on their books who work across 90 countries in 150 languages. Material translated ranges from simple letters to websites, large medical, legal and financial documents, corporate reports, catalogue manuals and tenders. The company also has offices in Bulgaria, France, Germany, Guatemala, India, Spain and the United States. Applied Language Solutions has been appointed as the sole provider of translation services by the London Organising Committee for the London 2012 Olympic Games. More information |
