Data Alert: Australia world’s largest project finance market

In 2012, Australia was the largest project finance market in the world, as well as one of the fastest growing, Thomson Reuters Project Finance Review has reported.

During the year, US$ 42 billion worth of finance was secured for Australian-based projects, an increase of 70 per cent over the previous year.
