UK cloud contact centre company opens Asia HQ in Australia

UK-based cloud computing contact company NewVoiceMedia has set up a regional headquarters in Australia in response to growing demand in Asia.

“The company’s expansion into Sydney, a global hub of business innovation, will strengthen our footprint in APAC which is one of our highest growth regions,” the company’s Asia-Pacific Vice President, Brett Waters, said.

The regional headquarters in Australia is an integral part of the company’s global expansion plans, NewVoiceMedia said in a statement.

NewVoiceMedia is headquartered in the UK. It sets up cloud-based call centres networks. The company is expanding at more than twice the rate of the overall cloud contact-centre market, according to industry analyst DMG Research.
