Australian Industry Group (Ai Group)
The Australian Industry Group exists to help Australian industry be more competitive, both domestically and internationally, so that it takes its rightful place in the global economy.
The Ai Group is Australia’s largest national industry body. It represents 10 000 large and small manufacturing, construction, engineering and service industries in every State and Territory. These member companies provide more than $100 billion in output, employ more than one million people, and produce exports worth $25 billion. Of Ai Group members, 80 per cent are small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). The Ai Group are experienced in providing companies with the tools to develop their businesses - either through training, in-depth publications or one-on-one assistance.

Australian Institute of Export (NSW) Ltd
Established in 1956, the Australian Institute of Export fosters, promotes and develops export awareness within Australia. It is a non-profit private sector organisation, which assists Australian exporters and export service providers. The Institute has State representative offices and cooperates actively with State and Federal Departments and agencies in promoting international trade.
As the professional association representing exporters, the Institute's activities cover:

Australian Interactive Media Industry Association
AIMIA is the peak body representing the Interactive Media and Digital Content industry. Founded in 1992, AIMIA promotes growth and success in the Australian interactive media industry. Its services include acting as a lobby group, providing industry news, hosting professional functions, and organising its prestigious annual Interactive Media Awards.
AIMIA also delivers export assistance through the TradeStart program in partnership with Austrade. For the past four years AIMIA’s National Export Centre has assisted many Australian ICT companies to successfully export their products around the world.
AIMIA members are drawn from the broad spectrum of the Australian ICT industry, including producers and developers of digital content and applications for interactive platforms such as broadband and narrowband internet services, interactive television, wireless, CD/DVD media and games consoles.

DTED is South Australia’s principal organisation for supporting business growth and helping companies achieve their full potential. The Gascoyne Development Commission is actively involved in promoting the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. This region extends from Shark Bay in the south, to the tip of the Exmouth peninsula in the north, and east to Gascoyne Junction.

Great Southern Development Commission
The Great Southern Development Commission facilitates sustainable economic and social development in the Great Southern region of Western Australia and in so doing, offers relevant business and related services.
The Great Southern region spans some 40,000 square kilometres and features some of the most rugged and beautiful scenery in Australia. It extends west to the famous Tree Top Walk, east to pretty Bremer Bay and north to Woodanilling known for its highly productive crop and livestock farming.

Kimberley Development Commission
The Kimberley Development Commission (KDC) is established as a Statutory Authority under the Regional Development Commissions Act 1993. It is one of nine development commissions established under this act by the government of Western Australia.
The Commission's purpose is to achieve an environment which is conducive to the balanced economic and social development of the Kimberley region. The mission, functions and objectives and of the Commission are the primary guidelines for the Commission's activity.
The Commission has a Board of 10 people with strong interests in the development of the region. Board members are appointed by the Minister for Local Government and Regional Development; Heritage; the Kimberley, Pilbara and Gascoyne; Goldfields-Esperance, the Hon. Tom Stephens MLC.

Mid West Development Commission
The Mid West Development Commission encourages and promotes the sustainable development of Western Australia's Mid West region. The region covers more than 470,000 square kilometres and has a mineral rich hinterland, prime agricultural land, spectacular coastal areas and productive offshore fisheries.
The region has a population of 50 000 people, with over half based in the built up area of Geraldton, the region’s commercial and administrative centre. The region extends along the coast from Greenhead in the south to beyond Kalbarri in the north and more than 800 kilometres east into the hinterland. With an area twice the size of the United Kingdom, the Mid West region embraces a wide diversity of landscapes and land uses.
The Mid West region comprises 19 local government authorities including the City of Geraldton. The economy of the Mid West is predominantly based on the agriculture, mining, fishing and tourism industries and is an important contributor to the Western Australian economy.

NIETL/NORTH Link
NIETL/NORTH Link is a business networking and economic development organisation representing the northern metropolitan region of Melbourne. The region has a strong manufacturing base with over 28 per cent of the manufacturing establishments in Victoria, providing over nine per cent of Australia's manufactured output. It has a population of over 100,000 people and over 60 000 businesses.
NIETL/NORTH Link, established in 1987, is known nationally for the quality and achievements of its programs. It has extensive networks and expertise to provide assistance and value adding support to firms in the north of Melbourne to develop their business and export capability in a sustainable way. Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory
The Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory was established in 1957 and is the Territory’s largest employer organisation, with current membership levels of 1500. Membership of the Chamber provides wide-ranging benefits to increase business efficiency and enhance business opportunities.
The Chamber has been successfully delivering Export Advisory services to Darwin businesses for 10 years. In addition to providing TradeStart services, it has an International Business Council to represent the needs of companies doing business offshore and manages the NT Expo in July each year. The Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC)
SBDC is a Western Australian State Government agency committed to developing programs and services to meet the needs of small business development.
SBDC has a team of experienced business advisers that provide business information and guidance on all topics of business, including exporting. Workshops on offer include business planning, Exporting starts with an 'e', and the comprehensive Marketing Today. SBDC has other programs which address specific needs such as a Mentors Service, Youth Enterprise Resource, Migration and Business Innovation Development Scheme. South West Development Commission
The South West Development Commission is a State Government agency which aims to foster the social and economic development of the South West Region of Western Australia. It is governed by a board of management and was created by an Act of Parliament in April 1994.
The agency works closely with communities, business, industry and government to achieve regional development projects and initiatives. It acts to develop the region's economy and enhance those qualities which make the South West a good place in which to live, work and invest.

Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI)
The TCCI is Tasmania’s peak business organisation with over 2500 members located throughout the state. A founding member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), the TCCI is able to service a range of export-related information using the sources of ACCI International.
As well as hosting the TradeStart program, the TCCI provides:
- The services of a consultant to provide free advice to member companies on freight forwarding and shipping matters
- A library of trade directories, reports and statistics
- The TCCI also processes export documentation, including Certificates of Origin and Certification of documents.

WA Department of Commerce
The Department of Commerce works with the community to ensure high standards of safety and protection for workers and consumers, and promotes and fosters innovative industries, science and enterprise.
The Department of Commerce is Austrade’s partner in delivering the TradeStart Program to the mining and oil / gas equipment and services industry in Western Australia.
