Case studies

“We were impressed by how well Austrade understood our business and could explain free trade agreements in terms of the practical benefits. We’ve managed to develop a good reputation in the US and now export our accessories in increasing volume, particularly to the East and West Coast.”
Sam Eu, Export Manager, ARB (makers of 4WD accessories)

“Austrade was instrumental to our success in China. When it came to market visits, Austrade had the leverage to be able to contact the right people, arrange appointments, make follow-up calls, and in some cases, proved crucial to closing deals.”
Jackie Barnes, Managing Director, Aviation Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd

“We wouldn’t have made our first international sale without Austrade’s support through the New Exporter Development Program. After recently sending our first export shipment to Korea we are now selling into Taiwan, again with Austrade’s assistance.”
Leanne Faulkner, CEO, Billie Goat Soap
