Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) Information Seminars

With 14 FTAs in force greater market access and growing goods and services opportunities are available for Australian businesses seeking to export, already exporting or looking to diversify their market presence.
The most recent FTA, the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA), came into force on 5 July 2020 creating a framework for Australia and Indonesia to unlock the potential of the bilateral economic partnership, fostering economic cooperation between businesses, communities and individuals.
Eight of our 10 top trading partners are also FTA partners. The Australian Government continues to negotiate new FTAs to support Australian businesses and establish mutually beneficial partnerships including negotiations with the United Kingdom and the European Union.
