Community Engagement Forum 2019

About event:

The Community Engagement Forum is the only one of its kind specific to the mining industry in Mexico. The forum is an initiative from the Sustainability Commission of the Sonora Mining Cluster and Austrade is co-organising the 2019 edition to provide access to Australian companies.

Last year the forum hosted 200 participants from 78 companies, including industry members, local and state authorities, academia, external consultants and community members.

The event attracted participants from other regions, including top executives from mining operations in Mexico. The event includes panel speaker sessions, workshops and keynote speeches.
