Sarah is currently the Trade and Investment Commissioner for the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) in New Delhi. She is currently focussed on the Australian government’s Education and Healthcare sectors across South Asia.
Sarah has over ten years of experience with the Australian Government, holding key roles in Australia and internationally, including in the Middle East and Europe. These roles focused on healthcare commercialisation, international trade and investment, and business strategy.
In her most recent role as the Health Sector Lead, Sarah established the Middle East and Africa health team. She developed and successfully delivered the sector strategy across the region. She has been successful in promoting Australia’s capability across sectors and in supporting Australian businesses throughout their export journeys.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is also completing an Executive MBA through the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
