Singaporean universities see sharp rise in intakes for technology degrees

Singaporean institutions have been responding faster than their Australian counterparts in attracting students into technology degrees to address the growing demand for specialised techical skills in Singapore. Statistics from Singapore’s Ministry of Education showed that intakes for infocomm and digital technology programs across six local universities have risen from 1,250 in 2015 to 2,050 last year.
