Adam Ferrier
Founder, Thinkerbell and Consumer Psychologist
Adam Ferrier is a multi-award winning advertising creative strategist and
founder of the agency Thinkerbell. He is also a leading Australian consumer
psychologist, and an authority on Behavioural Economics.
Adam is the author of
The Advertising Effect: How to change behaviour, inventor of board game
The Analyst.
In advertising Adam has won oodles of awards (they love to hand them out!).
A registered psychologist, Adam obtained degrees in commerce and clinical
psychology before beginning his career in forensic psychology. He then
switched his focus from criminal behaviour to consumer behaviour and
joining marketing consultancy Added Value.
Adam went on to become the Founding Partner and Global Head of Naked
Communications before co-founding Thinkerbell in 2017. Adam sits on the
boards of social influencing company TRIBE, social influencing company Good
Thnx, and the Public Interest Journalism Initiative (PIJI).
Andrea Pearman
General Manager Community & Philatelic, Australia Post
Andrea is a senior executive with Australia Post responsible for leading
its corporate responsibility and philatelic functions. Andrea has a diverse
background and extensive experience in strategy development, marketing
planning and execution as well as community development in complex, large
scale organisations including Australia Post, NAB, Fosters and Telstra.
Andrea led the design and implementation of a community engagement program
to support the business reform of Australia Post, played an integral role
in the refresh of Australia Post’s purpose and values and subsequent
communications and continues to implement leading corporate responsibility
and community initiatives. Andrea is actively involved in the community and
philanthropy sector through volunteer positions with Inclusive Australia,
Mitchell Institute Advisory Board & Midsumma Board.
Harold Mitchell AC
Chairman, Mitchell Family Office
Harold Mitchell is the founder of Mitchell & Partners and former
Executive Chairman of Aegis Media Pacific. Mitchell & Partners, the
company he founded in 1976, is the largest media and communications group
in Australia today, with a growing presence in New Zealand and across the
Asia-Pacific region.
Harold currently serves as a Director on a number of organisations. In
2010, Harold was appointed Companion of the Order of Australia for eminent
service to the community through his leadership and philanthropic
endeavours in the fields of art, health and education and as a supporter of
humanitarian aid in Timor-Leste and Indigenous communities.
Lisa Sharp

Lisa has held executive team positions in a number of Australian and

Cussons and Novartis Consumer Health. Lisa has also held business analyst
and brand management roles at Kraft Foods and Uncle Tobys.
Tanya Bowes
Head of Corporate Affairs, CSIRO
Tanya is a communications and brand professional with over 20 years’
experience. As the Head of Corporate Affairs at CSIRO, Tanya is responsible
for leading the communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, government
relations, media relations, reputation and brand, marketing, digital and
social, internal communications and public enquiries. Tanya is passionate
about practice excellence and bringing the strategic thread through all
communications.
Tanya has led communications for companies in Australia in the public and
private sector. Her roles have seen her lead functions across Japan and
Asia Pacific, the United Kingdom and Europe, working both client and agency
side.

Joe Pollard
Former Chief Marketing Officer and Group Executive, Telstra
Joe Pollard is an experienced executive with over 30 years’ experience in
CEO roles, Brand and customer management, Media, Digital product creation
and commercialisation. She has worked across a broad range of industries
including Telecommunications, Technology, Media, Advertising and Sports in
Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, the US and Japan.
Previous roles include the Chief Marketing Officer and Group Executive
Media at Telstra, CEO of Publicis Mojo, CEO of Ninemsn, Sales and Marketing
Director for Nine Entertainment. Joe also spent ten years at Nike Inc in
the United States running their global media investments, direct to
consumer digital channels and branded content divisions.
Joe has held Non-executive Board director roles with NEC, AMP Bank, 12WBT,
ninemsn, I-Select & various industry boards. Joe is also a member of
Chief Executive Women.

Stephanie Tully
Chief Marketing Officer, Qantas Group
Stephanie’s 15 years of strategy, commercial and marketing experience from
the aviation, retail and professional services industries helps her to lead
the highly talented Qantas Group Marketing team.
The scope of the Group Marketing function includes Marketing Strategy,
Design and Operations, Sponsorships and Events, Community, and Loyalty and
Data Marketing portfolios for Qantas Airlines and Qantas Loyalty.
Stephanie is also currently leading a priority initiative to drive
Personalisation across the Qantas Group.
Daniel Stacey
Director Communications, Minderoo Group
Daniel Stacey is the Director Communications at Minderoo Group and Minderoo
Foundation, the family office and philanthropy of Andrew and Nicola
Forrest. He manages brand, media, government relations and digital across
$8 billion investments in mining, agriculture, and tourism, as well as
charitable foundations that have committed $847 million to various causes
since 2001.
Daniel was a former senior correspondent for South Asia at the Wall Street
Journal.

Amy Glancey

Amy Glancey has recently been promoted as Chief of Staff after joining
Atlassian as Director of Communications in 2016 with responsibility for
global storytelling. Amy is responsible for driving the agendas of the
CEOs/Founders and is the steward of their brands internally and externally.
Amy has 14 years’ experience across the private and public sector in
markets spanning APAC, U.S. and U.K. Prior to joining Atlassian Amy was at
Groupon for four years where she led the communications team across 10+
markets in APAC.

Ben Lazzaro

Ben Lazzaro joined AMCL in 2011 as Marketing & Communications Manager

Susan Massasso
Global Chief Marketing Officer, The a2 Milk Company
Susan Massasso is a commercially driven ASX100 executive with over 20
years’ experience as a marketer and a demonstrated track record of
generating meaningful business results in branded food, beverages and
healthcare companies.
Susan joined The a2 Milk Company in September 2013 with leadership of
consumer insights, brand strategy development, communication (brand and
corporate) and innovation across all markets. The scope of her role also
includes a high level of involvement in investor relations.
Prior to this, Susan held several senior leadership and commercial
positions across the Campbell Arnott’s business including Asia Pacific
Marketing Director (across Australia, New Zealand and Asia), Marketing
Director Arnott’s ANZ, General Manager Campbell’s ANZ and Marketing
Director Campbell’s ANZ.

Susan Coghill
Chief Marketing Officer, Tourism Australia
As Chief Marketing Officer, Susan is responsible for creating and developing Tourism Australia’s brand assets for global campaigns. Susan joined Tourism Australia in 2017, and in her previous role as General Manager Creative, Content and Campaigns, she helped set the creative marketing direction for Tourism Australia, overseeing the recent Dundee, Undiscover Australia and Australia Inc. campaigns. Prior to her time with Tourism Australia, Susan has held tenures at News Corp, Qantas and Westpac, as well as at Whybin TBWA, M&C Saatchi and Publicis Mojo.
