The $1 million Alice Springs Revival and Resilience Grant Program aims to support small tourism businesses in the Mparntwe/Alice Springs and Tjoritja/MacDonnell tourism region. The region’s visitor economy has faced challenges in recent years.
Austrade will administer the Alice Springs Revival and Resilience Grant Program over the 2025–26 financial year.
Applications were demand driven and eligibility based.
The objective of the Alice Springs Revival and Resilience Grant program is to provide support to small tourism operators that are facing financial hardship in the Alice Springs and MacDonnell tourism region, enabling them to remain open and operational, while the region continues to recover.
The intended outcome of the Alice Springs Revival and Resilience Grant program is for eligible tourism operators in the Alice Springs and MacDonnell tourism region to receive funding for operational expenses to increase their ability to remain open and operational throughout the program and into financial year 2026-27.
This helps ensure that tourism operators in the Alice Springs and MacDonnell region remain open and operational, so these eligible businesses continue to service visitors to the region.
A total of $1 million over the 2025-26 financial year is available for the Alice Springs Revival and Resilience Grant.

The closing date for grant applications was 4:00 pm AEDT on 8 December 2025.
Grantees must acquit all funds by 30 June 2026.
