As you may have seen, this week the Australian Tourism Industry Council relaunched their online business development platform the Quality Tourism Framework (QTF).
Small and medium tourism businesses and their staff, work incredibly hard to deliver great experiences and an enhanced QTF will help them boost their capability and respond to consumer needs.
This is part of the Albanese Government’s investment of $8 million over 4 years managed by Austrade to enhance and improve the QTF.
It now features a new look interface and a purpose-built user dashboard that will streamline the process for users to enrol in programs and monitor their progress.
The programs offered by QTF are also being expanded as part of the government’s significant investment in supporting this important sector.
We know many operators will find these programs helpful in the growth and success of their businesses.
