From Tuesday 5 May 2026, operators can fulfil their obligation to report a tourist absence by submitting a Tourist Absence Form (formerly Attachment G: ADS absconder report) online through AccessADS, the dedicated platform for ADS functions.
ITOs who choose to complete the tourist absence form on AccessADS will meet their obligations under clause 4.28 (a) of the Code of Business Standards and Ethics for the Approved Destination Status Scheme. Operators may continue to email Attachment G: ADS absconder report to Austrade per the Code to meet their obligations if they prefer. There is no requirement to complete both forms.
