Introduction

Welcome to this tree test survey and thank you for agreeing to participate!

A tree test is an evaluation of a hierarchical category structure, or tree, by having users find the locations in the tree where specific resources or features can be found. There are a number of ways to conduct a tree test. We will be using Hotjar surveys.

The activity shouldn't take longer than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Your responses will assist the Web Team at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) to organise the structure of the Tourism Research Australia (TRA) website.

Instructions

  1. Work your way down this page one question at a time.
  2. The first options presented relate to the TRA website's main menu. After you make you choice, click the Next button to move to the relevant sub-menu.
  3. Make your next choice then click the Next button. Depending on the question there may be another menu level after that.
  4. Before completing a question, you will be asked if you are happy with your selection or if you would like to select again.
