Skills Development in the tourism sector post-COVID: cooperation between Australian TAFEs and Indonesia

About event:

This webinar will present two case studies of existing collaborations in Indonesia’s tourism and hospitality space. The speakers will explore new areas of cooperation between Australian and Indonesian institutions in view of the challenges posed to the sector by COVID-19.

The purpose of the webinar is to provide participants with examples of existing collaborations in training in tourism and hospitality and their benefits to both the Australian and Indonesian partners. It will also explore emerging areas of cooperation between Australian TAFEs and Indonesian institutions, particularly in relation to emerging challenges emerging from COVID-19, including the rise of online learning and the need to develop COVID-safe processes in the tourism and hospitality sector.

This is a free event organised by TAFE Directors Australia. Registration is required.

Indonesian Government representatives, public and private training providers, industry representatives, bilateral and multilateral organisations involved in TVET and skills development in Indonesia.
