Canva is one of Australia’s few unicorns, founded in 2012, and is already in 190 countries.
On 23 June 2020 Canva announced a new valuation of US$6 billion from US$3.2 billion, after having raised a US$60 million round. Canva's digital design platform is empowering a new wave of productivity and interaction for businesses, schools, and nonprofits across the globe. Canva is now expanding in the Japanese market.
