Our experienced US go-to-market specialists, led by Exit Velocity, will outline the different sales and marketing approaches needed to those in Australia and update you on the realities of the market at present.
Workshops will detail:

- Go-to-market planning;
- Identifying and expressing your real value propositions;
- Lead generation strategies and management;
- Building a US sales team;
- Managing and recording Customer Success;
- Developing a winning sales Pitch Deck;
- Building and executing your US marketing plan;
- How to create your own markets; and
- Building out your Sales Playbook to scale.

Pre course materials will be distributed in the week commencing January 25 and the boot camp will run over three weeks from February 2, 2021 as follows:
Week 1 – February 2: 2 half days of workshops from 9am - 12pm AEDT on Tuesday (2nd) and Thursday (4th)
Week 2 – February 9: 2 half days of workshops from 9am - 12pm AEDT on Tuesday (9th) and Thursday (11th)
Week 3 – February 15: Assignments collected and one-on-one feedback sessions conducted from February 15 - 19. End of boot camp product showcase on February 23 from 9am – 10.30am.
