Directions to Austrade London

Austrade is located in the Australia Centre, part of Australia House. The Australia Centre is located at the far end of Australia House on the corner of Melbourne Place and The Strand.

All black cabs know how to get to Australia House – just ask for it by name. The closest Tube stations are:

  • Temple (district and circle lines) – turn left out of the station and walk up Arundel Street. Australia House is over the road (Strand) at the top of the hill. Approximately five minutes walk.
  • Holborn (central and piccadilly lines) – turn left out of the station and walk down Kingsway. At the zebra crossing on Aldwych, cross over and turn left down Aldwych. Take the first right, Melbourne Place, and Australia House is on your left. Approximately 10 minutes walk.
  • Charing Cross (mainline rail, Bakerloo and northern lines) – take the Strand north exit from the station, then turn left on to the Strand, walking away from Trafalgar Square. Keep walking along the Strand and you will eventually come to Australia House. Approximately 10–15 minutes walk.
