Applications for COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program (CTSP) Round Three have now closed.

COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program (CTSP) Round Three grant applicants must:

  • meet all eligibility criteria in the CTSP guidelines
  • submit all the requested information
  • include all attachments in the correct format
  • have completed and submitted the application form in the SmartyGrants platform.

What you need to tell us

Existing grantees

You must declare the following in your online application form:

  • You received a Round Two payment, a Multi-outlet payment or both.   
  • Your business is solvent and intends to continue to operate for the April to June 2022 quarter.
  • You will do your best to retain your staff.
  • You will do your best to meet your obligations to process refunds and travel credits to Australian consumers.  
  • Confirm the information you have given is complete and correct.  

New applicants

Sign an e-declaration in your application confirming:  

  • You were operating a business as either a travel agent or tour arrangement service provider before 19 March 2020.
  • You had an annual equivalent turnover between $50,000 and $20 million for the calendar year 2019 or prior to 31 March 2020 for the period you were open.
  • Your business is solvent and intends to continue to operate for the April to June 2022 quarter.
  • You will do your best to retain your staff.
  • You will do your best to meet your obligations to process refunds and travel credits to Australian consumers. 
  • Confirm the information you have given is complete and correct.  

False information

If your declaration is false, any overpayment will be recovered.  

Giving false or misleading information is a serious offence under the Criminal Code 1995.

We accept applications:

We do not assess applications sent to us in other channels or formats.

We do not assess late or incomplete applications.

We do not consider appeals, exceptional circumstances or reviews of past decisions.
