Grant payments

Status: Closed

The COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program is based on demand. This means we will take applications until the closing date unless the funds run out.

We process and administer completed Round Three applications as soon we assess them.

We aim to make payments as soon as possible. This is to ensure funds are there for those who need them most.

Appealing decisions

We do not consider appeals, exceptional circumstances or reviews of past decisions.

Making payments

You will receive the grant as a lump sum payment into one Australian bank account. 

Multi-outlet with a single ABN

If you were paid under the multi-outlet scheme, you may receive a payment in Round Three. Payments will be made per eligible ABN.

Tax certificates

There is no need for an ATO Certificate.

Program audits

We conduct audits to check:

  • you are solvent and operating
  • the funding is used as set out in the guidelines.
