The assessment process for the Caravan Parks Grant Program involved evaluating applications against eligibility criteria in competition with other applications.

We assessed Caravan Parks Grant Program applications and awarded grant funding by merit.

This involved assessing applications:

  • against the eligibility criteria
  • through a competitive process with other applications.

The Austrade Program Delegate's decision was final in all matters including approval. This is consistent with the Commonwealth Grant Rules and Guidelines. This grant did not have an option for appeals.

Assessment criteria

Applications were scored based on 3 assessment criteria:

  1. Project alignment with program objectives and outcomes (40 points)
  2. Capacity, capability, and resources to deliver the project (30 points)
  3. Project alignment with THRIVE 2030 and your commitment to the visitor economy (30 points).

Timing

We assessed applications after the closing date. Applicants were notified by email of the outcome.
