Is the Landing Pads program still going ahead?

The Landing Pads team is continuing to support Australian companies looking to new markets, however, like many organisations, we are looking for new ways to continue servicing. A range of virtual services will be rolled out over the coming weeks to support your new market planning and discovery while you are in Australia.

Can I still apply for the Landing Pads program?

We are taking applications for the Landing Pads program. In alignment with the current Australian Government travel advice, we will provide flexibility around your timing to go into market, and offer a longer pre-departure time while you are in Australia. This will provide you with access to our virtual service offerings and resources to support your export and go-to-market planning. 

Can I go into market with the Landing Pads program currently?

The Landing Pads team will continue to be online and available to support clients virtually. However regarding your time in market, we recommend you align your travel decisions with the Australian Government travel advice. Foreign governments may also implement travel restrictions that may limit our ability to service you in person overseas. 

What can you offer me while I am in Australia?

While successful applicants are in Australia we can continue to provide pre-departure and virtual resources. This would include but is not limited to:

  • Webinars
  • Export strategy toolkits
  • Virtual sessions with Landing Pad Managers and Austrade networks, where possible
  • Virtual consultations with subject matter experts and partners, where possible

Are Landing Pad events still going ahead?

We are following public health guidelines issued by governments in each of our Landing Pad locations, and are moving events to virtual formats where possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates to our community.
