So what we've done tonight is that we've a range of some canapés, all the ingredients can be found in Western Australia. That was the real highlight of the produce that we have.

The produce that we have are fantastic. So we've done a range of canapés including beef and lamb which are the main products that we have sourced. Those are Western Australian products, hopefully you will like the quality and like the taste as well in those. We've created some spices and some different textures, and flavours within the dishes that are complimenting the ingredients that we can get locally in Western Australia.
